How to retrive country location for each response received

    I am using this plugin and have registered with JotForm. I installed apps from the official website, so that I can get to know the country location for each response received. But I am only getting the information of IP Address of each response received.

    Is there any way through which I will be able to convert IP Address to country, so that I can get to know country name of each response received.
