Internal Server Error when activate splash theme

  • Today I just bought a theme called splash from mythemeshop.com

    https://mythemeshop.com/themes/splash/

    I can install this theme but when I trying to activate or preview it said

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    my website is DailyKhmer.com
    I am hosting with godaddy window server
    Some people said {Change to Linux} and you can solve the problem
    but it is not
    is there any solution without changing to Linux ?

    I tried to go to file manager and upload web.config
    after I upload web.config to the folder the error change to

    Server Error
    500 – Internal server error.

    There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

    Please help me
    How can i activate this splash theme without getting this error message
