Feature Request: Add Secondary Title to Permalinks

Would it be possible to get the secondary title added to the permalinks?

Exampls:

Secondary Title: Secondary
Title: Title

Will result in:

https://yoursite.com/secondary-title

The default handling currently produces:

https://yoursite.com/title

One of the sites I use this on post monthly events for several games and places the game titles as secondary titles. On that site it is very important that all games appear as equals with the site showing no preference to one game over the other. Unfortunately the handling of permalinks can infer a monthly preference ??

Example:

Secondary Title: Game Titles
Title: July 2014 Events

In this situation the permalinks are all:

https://yoursite.com/july-2014-events
https://yoursite.com/july-2014-events-2
https://yoursite.com/july-2014-events-3

With a number appended to the end of each permalink. For this site it would be helpful if the permalinks included the secondary titles.

https://yoursite.com/%game-title%-july-2014-events
https://yoursite.com/%game-title%-july-2014-events

Currently I am modifying them manually but this is not ideal o.O

I’m not sure how hard it would be to accomplish this but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask, really enjoy this plugin thank you for all the hard work ??
