Index.php and wp-admin works, everything else returns broken links

First of all thank you for this wonderful plug-in!
I’ve finished the migration and was glad to discover that the main index.php page is up (dev.headfoniastore.com) as well as the wp-admin page and data inside looking identical to the source.
What’s funny is that every link accessed from the main page returns a broken page. I can open a link to say a page, from wp-admin, and even though the page exists in wp-admin, the browser will return a 404.
I’ve tried reading the Knowledge base (https://lifeinthegrid.com/support/knowledgebase.php?article=12#faq-installer) especially point 2.8, and found no solution to this problem.
Do you have a clue what may be wrong?
