PayPal charges fail or are processed as donations

    What version are you using?

    I can’t access this URL in the browser:
    https://queendad.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/wpstorecart/php/payment/paypal_ipn.php

    which is the issue.

    Check to see if you’ve got an .htaccess file blocking access to the plugins directory. I imagine that is what’s causing your issue. Once the above URL is web accessible again, PayPal should work properly again. As it is now, PayPal tries to access the URL to complete the order but fails because the page is 404.

    The version is 4.5.16

    Under Settings >> Payment … this is the link:

    .../plugins/wpstorecart/wpstorecart/payment/gateway.paypal.php

    Should I change it to .../payment/paypal_ipn.php

    Okay … turns out PayPal IPN got turned off, Turned back on and posted this link, which is slightly different from the one you posted above and which matches what’s in the directory:

    .../wp-content/plugins/wpstorecart/wpstorecart/payment/ipn.paypal.php

    I also checked the .htaccess and no directories are being blocked.
