All my plugins disappeared and not working

2 days back all the plugins were working fine but now when I checked my website the plugin section is empty. When I tried to install a fresh version of plugins then a message came that the “folder already exists” and the installation failed. I am using the latest version of wordpress. Please help me so that I can get all those plugins back working on my website.
