Child Themes

  • Good Afternoon,

    I am trying to make a child theme .css and .php.

    I tried following the directions of the codex forum however when I activate my childtheme.css none of my changes have transferred over from my parent theme.

    I am a novice at wordpress and code and I am not sure if I have created my child themes correctly.

    I would appreciate any insight.
