  • Hi Mayan,

Not sure what’s going on there. The plugin has been tested with Disqus, so there shouldn’t be any issues (I actually have both running on a test site without any problems).

Can you tell me if you are using the lastest version of WordPress (3.9.1) and if not, what version you are on. Are all your plugins up to date?

    Let me know!

I’m using 3.9.1 and all my plugins are upto date.

Everything is working smoothly then after I activate the optin forms, disqus disappears for posts with no comments, and it seems to strip the styling away for those with comments. And my welcome bar disappears too. quite strange.

It sounds like there’s a conflict.

I would need to take a look myself in order to locate the issue. Are you able to provide me with access to the administration area? You can use the Contact form on our website, check out my profile for the link.

Rest assured your login data is safe and will only be used for troubleshooting this issue.

    Thanks!

Problem resolved. One javascript file placeholder.js didn’t like being minified along with the bugmebar plugins. I was using Autooptimize which combines and compresses css and js files. Boris has implemented a fix for next version, for the meantime i’ve excluded placeholder.js from being combined

Glad you were able to find the fix Mayan.

Looking forward to your feedback after the next version gets released ??
