Contact Form doesn't work

Could you please try suing the shortcode [gallery] in the popover content for troubleshooting and let me know whether it works for you or not?

Also please share us the page link where you are displaying the pop up so that i can test it.

Just use the shortcode [gallery] in instead of contact form shortcode in the pop up content to test whether the issue is also affecting other shortcodes or not.

I tried using on my test site latest version of Contact Form 7 plugin( Version 3.8.1 ) and the latest version of Hueman theme( Version 2.1.5 ) that you are using on your site and found it’s working fine without any issue using “page footer” and “custom load” pop over loading methods.

I saw you are using older version 1.3.7 of Hueman theme, could you please update it to the latest version( Version 2.1.5 ) from the following page and check whether it resolves the issue or not?

Go to POP Overs=> Settings

And change to Page footer. It will Work.

Hi, sorry for my delay in answer. I had few days off.
I updated Humean theme, but contact form is not working.
When I change for Page footer setting, pop up doesn’t appear at all
Summing up – it is not a matter of theme version.

It’s working fine for me using Humean theme, there may be plugin / theme conflict issue on your site which is causing it to not work.

You can just try on your development site deactivating all other plugins and using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen as displayed in the flowchart on this page to know which theme/ plugin is conflicting if any.
