buttons not able to drag

also see image it doesn’t let me add any new social buttons too. i m using the latest 7.0.16 version of the plugin with wordpress 3.9.1

From the screenshot it cannot be predicted exactly what is causing the issue. Please provide us your website details.

Meanwhile, we suggest you to check the following scenarios one by one-

1] Try Deactivating and Re-activating the Plugin
2] Try same from some other browsers
3] Try deactivating all other installed plugin, if there is conflict between the plugins.
4] Please let us know if you have a secured site or Secured WordPress Admin page.

I found the issue. I had a pagemash plugin that allowed drag and drop that was conflicting with it. A different method for adding buttons would be nice.
