This certainly does not seem related directly to WordPress.

WordPress itself doesn’t have any built-in Facebook integration, and all of the plugins I have seen do not have the power to remove content from Facebook.

If content was removed from Facebook, you should ask Facebook why that happened. There isn’t much we can do here.
