Changed a site

Hello,
I am trying to get a question answered please. I have an wordpress site https://Lorislittlelessons.com and I where it says follow me on the page it does not work. there is an x there . I am not sure what the issue is,but I want to have guests/bloggers to join my blog, and I cannot get this to happen.
