Let registered users add existing hyperlinks to a custom page

  • Hello,
    I have a site https://www.arab-tvs.com .
    In this site, I group the links of Arabic tvs broadcasting live on the internet. It was built with expression web.
    I’m looking to convert it to wordpress and add the ability for users to register and add the links to a custom or favorite page.
    I searched for a theme or a plugin to do this but I can’t find any.
    Any help pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
