(jQuery) Script refuses to work

Hi

I’m developing a wordpress site (localhost) and I’m stuck at fixing a form. The form needs to have a function which enables the user to add textareas with the press of a button.

I’ve been collectiing a few Javascripts that handles this for me. They work great in jsfiddle but they won’t work on my page! I have initialized jQuery at the top of the page and I’ve tested the jQuery too. So it works. Why can’t I run my scripts!?
