  • Hey Elvis,

thanks for reaching out – I’ll gladly help!

I have checked out your blog and the thumbnails are showing fine (or am I missing something out?) but I noticed a couple of things:
    1. you have randomly generated thumbnails that our plugin makes when there are no images in a post (but if I understand you correctly, this is not the issue here).
    2. the problem you have is that on different posts you have different “Related Posts” themes, and this should not be happening. But when viewed on mobile, the theme is the same for all posts.
This can happen if there is a problem with caching. Do you have any cache related plugin installed? If not, can you please give me a list of your other plugins?

Looking forward to your reply, take care and have a lovely day!

    Hi Petra,
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have a cache plugin in called “Quick Cache”. Were you able to view the thumbnails on the desktop version? I can’t seem to view the related posts thumbnails on the desktop version of the website but I can view them on the mobile version.
Is the problem because of the caching?

Also, when I “preview” a post, the thumbnails display correctly on the desktop version but when I “publish” they do not display?

I also cleared my cache but I still can’t view the plugins on the desktop version of the website.

    Hey,

here is how I see them. Would you mind and take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Btw – have you tried to disable that “Quick Cache” plugin?

    Enjoy the weekend!

That is strange that it is working for you correctly. Can I ask what browser you are using? I have tried it on Firefox and Google Chrome with no luck.
Here is what my screen looks like.

Maybe I can give you my WP credentials via email and possibly see what the issue is? It is not only my computer, I have tested it at my workplace and I get the same issue and several of my associates.

And yes…I did disable the Quick Cache plugin and I had the same issue (not displaying thumbnails)

This morning I checked and it seems to be displaying correctly. It must have taken 24 hours to reset the cache.

Thank you for your help and for a really great WP plugin.

Glad to hear it works! ??
