Just as a test, download GTMetrix for WordPress. Run it with no changes and it will identify bottlenecks for you to fix. After you’ve fixed the recommendations, you have a baseline to measure future performance against.

However, what ISP do you use? Have you asked them for advice?

Hi @Ihwerges, the reason of this very important loading time is most probably due to a broken image link (your logo here : https://integritasresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/integritas-300-70-logo1.png)
This logo file does not exist. You might want to re-upload it.
