You can try to reduce the time to 25 or 20 secounds. Sometimes it can cam from very large files in the blog. Did you have large files in the uploads folder?

Thanks Daniel I will try to reduce the time. What size do you consider to be a big file?

No that hasn’t worked and I don’t have any file bigger than 400kb in the site (pdfs) – but there are a few of images but all optimised for web. It;s really not a very big site so I don’t know why it hasn’t worked.

Thanks Daniel – sorry if I am being stupid but what do I download? I can see a list of files and folders including one that says Initial 3.0.14-beta and then to the right of that a button that says Download as Zip. What I am meant to be clicking on to download the beta version you suggest….?

Yep that’s pretty much what I get too. Start by making sure you aren’t trying to back up any unwanted/unused themes. It’s a waste of time if you aren’t using them. You can do this by making sure they are deselected in the files tab in the Job settings.
