Unable To Access Image Data Options

    I’ve looked around the web and WP Forum and can’t seem to find an answer to this one:
    I recently updated WP and noticed that when I click on my images, I don’t get the pencil and X that I should be seeing in order to edit the image data.
    I bring my images in via Flickr and don’t know if that may have something to do with it.
    Going back on old posts, I can’t access the image data on these either.
    I just want to be able to go back and edit the alt text and titles on my images.

    OK, update: it turns out that the child theme I was using needed to be updated. Everything seems in working order again.
