How to Add Email Subscription Form Coding

I have added my site to Feedburner and I have the actual plug-in installed on my site to allow people to subscribe to my website. I, however, do not know where to put the subscription form code to activate my subscription management with Feedburner. Here is what it says, “Copy and paste the following code into any web page. Your subscription form will be autommatically inserted each time teh page is loaded. From there, readers can subscribe to receive daily email with your newest content.” Where would this appear in the Writr theme?
