Multisite or sub-domain for a small business website ?

Hi,

With my very basic knowledge of WordPress and thanks to support Q&A I’ve built up a small website for my company.
A slider on homepage, 10/15 static pages, a contact form and that’s it.

Now I would like to have this in 2 other languages. The theme I use have a specific homepage that cannot be translated within the same WordPress install.

What would be the easiest way to do so ? I’ve read about multi-site but seems complicated. What about subdomain e.g. fr.mycompany.com, de.mycompany.com ?

What is the easiest to install and then to manage ?
