Vanilla/WP integration problem with single quotes

  • I have posted about this in the Vanilla forums too but I have the feeling that this really is a problem happening because of WP. I am having a problem with slashes in my posts and entries all over the place.

    so far everything else is woring perfectly. the reason I am saything that is is a WP issue is that I also installed bbPress and was having the same issues.

    you will see the slashes everywhere.

    What I need to know is where to look? I have the “wp-blog-header.php” included on all the forum pages and in some way it is slashing the single quotes all over the place. Where do I start to prevent this?

    I am bumping this topic because I really need some help here. I am not intimately involved with development of WP so knowing where to even start is almost impossible to know.
