Issue with .htaccess/.htpasswd protected sites?

  • This plugin crashed my browser tab when I submitted my very first test on our development area.

    I temporarily disabled the .htpasswd protection and the next submission went through.

    Haven’t ruled out other possibilities, but thought I would ask if there’s any reason this plugin should not work on protected sites?

    Ya.. I think the password protection is preventing this plugin from working.

    enable htauth on a website and try submitting a ticket with a file attachment. Fails every time for me. Removing the protection solves the issue immediately
