Spinning arrows not sending contact submission

hello, I built a new site for a local consulting company. I built it in a sub-domain on my server then just transferred this morning.
the issue is contact form 7 is not working now. the spinning arrows never stop.

yet on the test server it worked
Test siteI’m beyond frustrated I really like this contact form plugin and prefer to use. in the mean time i am using the jet pack form on the live site. and have already started getting spam. I really want a captcha ??
