Changed SuperAdmin, now cannot get to AAM
-
Hi, my site is on the current version of AAM. The Username whose ID is “1” in the database was getting bruteforce attacked (how they figured this out when there were no posts for this username is worrisome, but another discussion at another time) This user ID “1” was also the superadmin. So I created another administrator which got a different ID number. In the configpress, I did the [aam]
super_admin = “Your admin user ID” and put in the new ID. I also made the new user “super administrator”. I then deleted ID 1.
Oh, oh! I logged in with the new administrator user who is supposed to be the super admin, but there is no AAM showing on the dashboard. However I can see the plugin.
Can you advise me on how I can bring up AAM on the dashboard? If you ask for a dump of the database, never did that before. How do I do that? And where do I send it? Thanks in advance for your help.
