When weight is "0" not showing free shipping anymore?

Check if you have configured any shipping class.

This is my configuration, it worked well, now not working

If you don’t need any shipping class, delete them and try again.

Deleted all shipping classes, still the same

With the new shipping rates calculation system WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping doesn’t accept zero weight rates. It always get the first weight greatest than zero.

In our test it accept a 0.1 weight rate, for example, or 0.001, what ever you want, but never zero weight.

How can I now have free shipping on some items?

Just change the first rate: 0|0|C1 to 0.1|0|C1.

That’s all.

Or use a shipping class with a zero rate for these items.

Changed first rate to 0.1|0|C1 and still the same.

In our test, that’s worked.

We checked that rates and works fine.

Delete the WooCommerce cache or hire our Soporte técnico.
