Cropping images for products not working

this is the site i am currently working on. Strangly enough, the cropping images works great on the home page categories images.

But for some reason when you click on STORE you’ll see the immediate issues i am having w/ the products featured images.

Does anyone know why the images are not being cropped properly in the product pages? It makes for a messy store page.
