Updated WordPress and plugins, now nothing shows

Hello all,

I haven’t used my website for a while (www.dailyfootballquiz.com) so went into the admin area today, and it said I had loads of updates available for both wordpress itself, as well as a number of plugins.

I updated, and now there is nothing on the site, only a blank page. All the posts are still in the back-end, but can’t be viewed. I’m not overly technical, but can follow instructions!

Any help would be massively appreciated.
