Plugin for comments, user must enter letters or #’s to verify

Im looking for a plugin for my comments. You know the kind, where it will display a few letters and numbers, and the user must enter those numbers in correctly to be able to add the comment?

I searched around, but maybe im asking the wrong questions. Any know if this plugin exists.
