Excerpt Not showing Version 2.3.7

Hi Hector,
I am using your plugin with custom html code enabled and using your options instead of short codes in a widgetized are on my homepage. The excerpt is not showing up at all.
Plugin Version 2.3.7
Wordpress Version 3.9.1It’s going to have to come down until this is resolved.
