] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'fetch

Migrated from Godaddy to Rackspace and the site is extremely slow, throwing the following errors. The p/t developer that did the migration is now MIA. Help/guidance is greatly appreciated!! If you’re free to tackle, please let me know that as well. Thank you!!
