    OK having some major issues, have used the css snippet to change the header & footer to 1160px & have a picture background.
    1. However the background is showing up in the editing pages in the WP back end,
    2. the container div is 10px wider which looks bad & I can’t seem to get the right css hook without major issues
    3. the header & footer stay full width in IE
    4. my fourth footer width has now moved under the third
    5. The padding to the right and left of the container div is right on the edge & I’ve tried everything listed on the forum.
