Cannot ROTATE Pics in Gallery

  • I am having trouble with my pictures not rotating after saving. Most pics are uploaded horizontally, but need to be rotated vertically. I attempt to rotate and save (or not) and the pic goes back to it’s original format (horizontal). I’ve tried to add pics from nextgen from the media icon within the app (after attempting to rotate/save) and the image goes back to original format.

    I’ve also tried to add the image from the post, click on nextgen icon within post. I can only add more pics, but not add an image to the post.

    This is keeping me from posting any pics… I’m not sure if it’s the pictures I’m uploading (size etc), but this has completely halted me from officially launching my blog….

    @afashionaddict – How are you trying to rotate the images? Can you describe the steps you are taking?

    As to using the Insert Gallery Window, aka IGW (green button), to “add an image to the post” are you trying to add a single image or a gallery? The IGW would be used to add a gallery, you can add a single image via the Add Media button above the editor.
