Insufficient Permission in Header page at CatchBox Free

  • Hello,

    I’m using WordPress 3.3.1 with postgreSQL 9.1.13, actually it’s working very well with no problems at all, but I cannot change the header image ONLY in catchbox theme, I tried some walkthrough and got no success, I’ve deleted the theme and reinstalled it, but no success.

    When I try to access https://10.0.0.36/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header appear a page saying You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page..

    By the words of @sakin there is a Appearance > Header in this theme, but in mine it doesn’t exist, I really don’t know if is a problem relative to Apache, PostgreSQL, WordPress or with Theme.
