Not consistent display?

    When a member logs in my website, his username and IP address is being displayed correctly in Dashboard > WP-UserOnline. However as the time passes and the user is still on my website without having any activities, he disappears from the Dashboard > WP-UserOnline. Is this normal? Can this be fixed somehow?

    I don’t see how will that happen since the dashboard and the page uses the same code to pull the data. Caching plugin perhaps?
