limitate words on main page

hello,
i want to know if it’s possible to show only 350 words of each article on the main page ?

For example, in my blog https://www.lebarbecuederafa.com, in the main page we see ALL the article and i want to see only, for example, the 350 first words of this article.

Is it possible ?
