Error admin-ajax.php

After updating to the latest Jetpack, I get the following error every time I try to publish a post or a page:

The page at https://www.mywebsite.com says:
Error 500
At: https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?
action=proxy_atd&_wpnonce=b52298ecaf&url=/checkDocument

I have disabled all plugins and reactivated them one by one, and the error is definitely coming with Jetpack.

Any suggestions how to get rid of it?
