PTO overwrites Slider script?

Hello everyone!
Since upgrading to WP 3.9 our slider displays only one product,
over and over again, instead of loading and displaying the first 5.CrunchPress Support said “PTO overwrites slider script”.
I don’t know if that is the root of the problem.That product slider was the reason we chose that template in the first place, so if anyone knows a fix…?
