Can you tell me what version of WordPress you are using and the version of the plugin?

is it possible for you to provide error_log for when you uploaded the file?

unfortunately there is no easy way to add this into the library. something must have gone wrong in the upload process.

I do not think that there is an error in the pattern during boot
I have a clean version of WordPress 3.9
    and one of your plugin

but the image is not visible in the library.

I have fixed the firefox issue in version 1.6

i’m sure the / is the cause of the issue for you. for both the display and the deleting. but i’m having trouble recreating it. I will look into the differences between servers that might cause this.

Can you confirm that the thumbnails are created successfully on the web server?

I have created a 1.7 hoping this will fix it. on my sever the slash is already there, so i have remove and re-added the slash hopefully that will fix it.

Can you let me know if it works?

Unfortunately this won’t fix the pictures you have already uploaded. you will need to delete the files separately from

    no works ?? /
Wrong path NEW UPLOAD ! image ?? no /
