Routine CSV uploads with images

I have a client who wants to regularly (2-3 times/week) upload new data to their site via CSV. Each CSV will contain between 500-1000 rows and each row would require its own post. They then want to assign an image to each post, but for speed the images will obviously need to be uploaded in bulk and assigned automatically. Does anyone know of a plugin that could achieve this without totally bamboozling my client with options in the admin?
