Compatible with BuddyPress 2.0?

  • I was working my way through the installation and no longer saw the bp-settings database table entries that need to be deleted. I was wondering if they were obsolete with the newest version of BuddyPress.

    Without deleting those entries I was trying to use BuddyPress, but I was not able to post activities or create groups.

    That is why I was wondering if this plugin was compatible with the latest version.

    You will only see those if you had already activated BP on a second WP network.

    I was not able to post activities or create groups.

    Have you checked your web browser console to see if you have script errors?

    Why did you avoid the question?

    The installation instructions say that those settings might need to be deleted. I explained the situation where the OP could expect to find them.

    If those settings are not there to start with then that installation step can be skipped.
