Try to publish changes system asks if you want to leave page

  • The CKEditor is causing WordPress to ask you when you publish a change to a page if you want to leave it. You can click the yes to leave the page and it still publishes but it confuses end users. This is on a multisite setup.

    Problem two is that we are using YooTheme Widgetkit and it causes issues when you try to make a new widget in widgetkit where the WYSIWYG doesnt show up unless you click Visual and then when you go to save the new widget in widgetkit it doesn’t save.

  • Having the same problem on a single-site install. Decided to disable CKEditor (though it’s the more useful editor) to keep from confusing the non-technical users of my site.

    Yep, same things – my editors confused with that window “- Are you sure you want leave page? Your changes will be disabled”.

    And when i press – Yes, my changes are saved… suprprise!!

    Can I fix in js? Somebody know?
