• After updating our wordpress installation we can’t reconnect to our jetpack account.
“Error Message: The URL stored by the Jetpack servers does not match your site. Please try disabling the Jetpack plugin, re-enable it, then connect again.”

While we did change the URL at a later stage, we were able to get our statistics.

How can we change the URL without losing our data?

    Thank you very much…

    Hi Alex,

That setup sounds interesting (with the dashboard on a different subdomain). I refreshed the settings on our end to reflect the public address. Previous, it was set to what appears to be a development address.

    Can you try again?

If that doesn’t work, please let me know and send in a full debug report via the following:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
