Paypal question

Hi folks,
I have a nonprofit website at https://www.rescuties.org . I’m trying to set up a system where people can sponsor us at different yearly donation amounts, similar to this page https://www.magdrl.org/membershippage.htm (except mine will look different) . I have a paypal plugin that allows me to put a donate button on the site, but what I need is something that allows me to have different predetermined donation amounts. I found a plugin that seems to do what I want called “MeBuyYouADrink” but the website has been down for several days, so I can’t download it.
I’ve looked through the support forums and found a few articles about this problem, and tried some of the fixes, such as putting a / at the end of the image tags, but haven’t found anything to work yet.
Here’s an example of the nonworking code. The donate image shows up, but when you try to click on it you go to an error page.
