wpdownloadmanager.com offline?

I have WP Download Manager Pro v.4.0.7 and as of today, it is significantly slowing down my WordPress dashboard. I just went to https://wpdownloadmanager.com and the site is offline. I assume that my Pro version is pulling the license information from https://wpdownloadmanager.com and that it being offline is causing the issue. Is this the case? If so, when will it be rectified?
