Download button not showing

I’m having problems with the inline link “download” to work or even show up on the page. I can’t even see if and i can’t find the link. I don’t know if its a plugin problem, a theme problem or user error ??

I even put text inside the HTML before and AFTER inline link and they were on top of each other with no space between.

WHat step did i miss? I followed the You tube video.

At the bottom of this page is my download link. The information above that is temporary until I can get these plugins to work together.
