found some malicious links in my template

hi i just found out when google crawled my website https://koungeek.com/
and what i see in th little snippet is (bingo online sites offers gamblers and players with the awesome betting platforms and winning cash prizes. Playing the bonus senza deposito…) obviously there is some malicious codes in my template how do i delete it
