How to disable 'read more'

by clicking ‘read more’ it directs to a page that doesnt currently exist. I guess the options are to create that page, or link it out to the project web site, or disable the ‘read more’ section. I cant seem to find where to do that. Is there a ‘settings’ section for this plugin?
