wptouch is not displaying anything despite being activated

I just installed wptouch on my site, but after checking the following link (this url shows you how your site looks on a mobile) I don’t see wptouch displaying the mobile template I configured, despite being activated.

I even checked on my tablet and no change at all.

What can be wrong on all this?
