Widget option for social / form

Dig that you guys broke this out into a plugin, but missing the ability at the widget level to quickly determine whether or not the opt in, icons, or both are showing. Sometimes I want social icons in a separate area than the form. display none works, but a checkbox would be great like the old woo one. Scrape it from the old widget please?
