Multi-User Page Authoring

I have my group blog at https://motorcyclebloggers.com and have a problem. The background is simple – its a blog about motorcycles with several contributors on the same topic. Early on, I created all of their Bio’s and changed the author from me to them.

It seems that these contributors cannot create a Page…just me. This is cumbersome for my situation since these Bios are updates often for various reasons (new bike, moved, etc.). Is there a way I can enable registered users to create or at least edit a Page.

I was on the phone with a contributor tonight and he does not show a “Write Page” in the editor and does not have an “Edit” link when he views his Bio. That was news to me, so here I am.
